  • Staff Retention & Development is a Priority: The team is focused on defining clear roles, responsibilities, and growth paths to support long-term retention
  • KPIs and Performance Structure in Progress: Lexlee will draft general role descriptions and KPIs to guide performance expectations and reviews
  • Employee Feedback is Being Centralized: An anonymous survey will be sent to gather input on job satisfaction, compensation, and desired changes
  • Compensation & Benefits Under Review: Andrew and Anthony will research new compensation strategies based on employee feedback
