For You/Your Team:

• Channa to send updated budget information to Lexlee as soon as it is completed with Tamara
• Channa to work with Tammy to rework KPIs, compensation, and define bonus calculations for all lawyers and staff
• Channa and Lexlee touch base with team members on their responses to previous goals, review performance, and set/affirm new goals for the new year
• Channa to block the calendar and ensure performance review meetings are scheduled and not cancelled

Mind Over Law Team:

• Keep reviewing candidates for open positions 
• Review intake call recordings and develop necessary scripts for intake staff responses.
• Schedule and coordinate performance review meetings for the week of January 5th (7th) and January 15th, ensuring all team members and attorneys are scheduled, with longer sessions for lawyers and support staff divided appropriately.
• Organise and set individual performance review meetings and coordinate with intake staff.
• Schedule a leadership team meeting at the beginning of January.
