- Daisy: Add any additional talking points to Lexlee's list after receiving it
- Daisy: Schedule the intake training meeting for Tuesday at noon with Lexlee, Dee, and April (April to join after 15 minutes)
- Daisy: Immediately address with April about not completing the no-show follow-up workflow and ensure it is done for January
- Daisy: Inform Dee that the no-show follow-up workflow should be completed for everyone and will be reviewed weekly
- Daisy: Pull weekly call recordings for review, focusing on viable leads that didn't schedule
- Daisy: Monitor intake conversions daily with Lexlee
