  • Training & Performance Reporting- Ongoing training (Lolly Law, billing, workflows) is being scheduled.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement Are Back in Focus - More social media engagement and event visibility needed.
  • Positive Onboarding & Training - Alex's onboarding feedback is positive. Lolly Law and billing training sessions are scheduled to support team consistency and confidence.
  • Time Tracking & Leave Policies Need Reinforcement -Team members must track all time, including make-up hours. Time-off policies will be clarified and enforced to ensure accountability and profitability.
  • Revenue & AR are Critical Focus Areas- Updated revenue goals from Bruce are pending.
  • Scorecards Replacing Monday Emails - Weekly scorecards will replace self-reported emails to better track billable hours and hold staff accountable
  • Intake & Case Workflow Improvements - Pending cases will signal AR issues; staff needs retraining on this process. A clear, enforceable collections protocol is being developed and assigned to Alex.
  • Client Financial Policies Reinforced - Clear policy for upfront payment, grant/credit application, and strict exceptions for payment plans.
  • Community Engagement - Upcoming community event planned
