  • Meet with Kayla this week to discuss performance, offer the option of an independent contractor position, and clarify expectations; if Kayla declines and performance does not improve, proceed with PIP in January.
  • Let Lexlee know when the one-on-one meetings with Estella and Kayla have occurred.
