For more than two decades, I’ve lived inside the pressure cooker of the legal world as a trial lawyer, a leader, and now a peak performance coach for firms across the country. I’ve built teams, rebuilt cultures, and coached countless lawyers through burnout, turnover, and the relentless pace of the profession.

And here’s what I’ve learned:

WHO I AM

I wear a lot of hats: coach, mother, writer, trial lawyer, teacher.

I’m the only one who does what I do: there are no other Lawyer Coaches with extensive background in peak performance, ancient energy medicine, meditation, mindfulness, plus the latest in neuroscience.

To be truly great in what we do means living and working from a place where we are all connected —everything we do affects others — and my goal is for us to consciously create how we connect and impact the world around us. 

I work with teams that want to be fully empowered, individually and collectively in furthering a mission.I work with people who are overwhelmed and exhausted to the point where they almost want to give up on the practice of law.
