1. Client Consultations & Conversion Issues: Only 2 out of 11 client consultations converted in the last two months.
2. Tracking Non-Converting Consultations: Adrienne will start logging reasons for unhelpful or non-converting consultations.
   Lexlee suggested Tina investigate the last two months of data to find trends or issues.
3. Automated Kit Implementation: Lexlee will follow up with Tina via a meeting and email to ensure it is being used. Adrienne wants to be included in these meetings to maintain visibility and ensure alignment.

Project Updates:

• Improve Conversions: 

  • Team will identify the reason for no contracts being offered over the last two months.
  •  Lexlee will review the follow up system with Tina.

• Adrienne to begin logging (in real time or immediately after each consultation) the reason(s) why a client could not be helped / why the consultation did not convert.
• Adrienne to monitor and review the log, and share patterns or trends with Lexlee.

• Send an email to Tina asking her to review the client consultations from the last two months and determine why they did not result in conversions.
• Done: Schedule a meeting with Tina to review the automated kit workflow again and ensure she is implementing it correctly.
• Done: When scheduling that meeting, cc or include Adrienne (so Adrienne is copied on the meeting) as requested.
