What’s happening next + how to prepare for it

Dominic to ask Mandy for clarification on billing guidelines for conversations with paralegals, especially regarding when such time is billable
Dominic to enter all time in Clio daily, aiming to account for close to 8 hours each day, and review phone logs to capture any uncategorized time
Dominic to set alarms (e.g., at 11 am and 2 pm) as reminders to check time tracking throughout the day
Dominic to maintain a running draft email to Lexlee and Breckenridge listing any time entries where billing is uncertain, to be sent at the end of the week for review.
Dominic, during the upcoming 60-day review, discuss with Breckenridge and Mandy how flat rate time is credited toward billable hour goals
Clay to send Breckenridge an email asking how to track time spent prepping and researching for sales consultations (e.g., whether it should be "no bill sales" or another category)
Breckenridge to visit the chamber venue again to investigate if laptop mirroring/screen sharing is possible and clarify IT/logistical requirements for presentations; coordinate with Lexlee on specific needs
Breckenridge to create a new admin time category (e.g., "admin prep consult") for tracking legal research/prep time separate from consults, and confirm the name of the new category in an email to Lexlee and Clay
Breckenridge to regenerate and send the missing Laura report for the week ending on the 28th to Lexlee
Breckenridge to include a link to Lexlee's training dashboard in the custom executive dashboard being built

DONE- Add Ashton Tomsky to the world of work document/photo and update his position to number 14, with an asterisk in front of his name to indicate less than 3 months tenure
DONE- Update the order of team members in the world of work document/photo as follows: Vanessa (15), Glay (16), Rachel (17), Tiffany (18), and ensure Tiffany is still included as 18
Highlight the highest and lowest score of each drive in the world of work document/photo (high as yellow, low as green) for all team members
DONE-Create a new name tag for Ashton Tomsky
DONE- Update the world of work photo and cover sheet to reflect the new team member and correct the photo
DONE- Check if the hotel booking for Lexlee can be changed to a location closer to 625 Market Street (preferably Marriott or downtown Hilton), and make the change if possible.
Review updating the accountability chart with the relevant client specialist/intake specialist in Lexlee's next meeting in January with Breckenridge
Update the scorecard to reflect the nonbillable flat fee as a category for Dominic
Update the scorecard to add a category for contingency matters for Ansley
