- The firm will hold a billing training session on November 10 at 3 PM Central to improve billing accuracy, consistency, and accountability.
- The team celebrated a major win, the firm ranked #18 in the Law Firm 500, reflecting strong growth and overall performance.
- Emphasis on Complete Time Tracking
- Lexlee emphasized the importance of tracking all time, including billable, administrative, and PTO, to create a clear and accurate picture of productivity.
