1. Focus on Scalability Through Structure
- There’s a strong push toward building infrastructure for growth, including clear job descriptions, KPIs, and a formal accountability chart.
2. Accountability and Performance Are Priorities
- There is an ongoing challenge with getting attorneys to track their time, which impacts AR and performance consistently.
3. Financial Management Needs Attention
- Mandy reported a profitable month and is actively working on an AR tracking project.
- A custom dashboard to pull real-time attorney time and financial data was discussed as essential for better management.
4. Intake and CRM Evaluation Underway
- The Hona CRM system is being reviewed for its effectiveness, and a meeting with the vendor is planned before a decision is made to renew.
- Intake processes require refinement, potentially with the assistance of a salesperson to enhance conversions.
5. Team Development and Support Tools Are Coming
- Lexlee and Breckenridge discussed using the Predictive Index for performance reviews and onboarding insights.
6. Business Planning and Marketing Need Sharpening
- There’s recognition that the business and marketing plans are not finalized, and Lexlee offered support here.
- Marketing was noted as an area that must be "stepped up" to support growth goals.
