  • Take over scheduling and tracking meetings with Green Carnigan and other marketing vendors, ensuring meetings are on Mandy's calendar; confirm meeting details and agenda for vendor reviews.

Mandy

  • Send Lexlee the recording and transcript of the recent sales meeting for further analysis.
  • Finalize and deliver the managing attorney job description to Melanie, incorporating supervising attorney responsibilities and KPIs.
  • Make an offer to the candidate "Catherine" for the attorney position, taking compensation into account.

Vanessa

  • DONE Send Lexlee and Mandy the Word document with AI software options (e.g., Avmo, Gong) for further evaluation.
  • Schedule a performance review meeting with Joe for around June 1, including updated realization reports, and ensure reports are run.
  • Follow up with Miser's June Legal to terminate services and transition to Callbox for collections; evaluate and select a new vendor with Lexlee's input.
  • Monitor and ensure funds and files are in place for upcoming hearings/trials until Melanie is in place; then transition responsibility to Melanie.
  • Continue to improve and monitor trust replenishment processes and credit card authorizations with paralegals and attorneys.
  • Pull and send call recordings to Lexlee of consults that the sales team thought would convert, for further coaching and process improvement.

  • Mandy & Lexlee: Review and potentially update/expand drip campaigns in Clio Grow based on the most common intake scenarios and conversion data.
