You will learn how to read what motivates each team member and adjust how you delegate, give feedback, and recognize good work.

We will look at where friction between people usually comes from and how to turn those differences into better collaboration.

I wear a lot of hats: coach, mother, writer, trial lawyer, teacher.

I’m the only one who does what I do: there are no other Lawyer Coaches with extensive background in peak performance, ancient energy medicine, meditation, mindfulness, plus the latest in neuroscience.
