This Week’s Highlights

A clear snapshot of what’s been accomplished

Meetings:

09.23.2025 | Monthly Leadership Meeting

Case Management & Conversions

  • The firm currently has approximately 120 active cases, with five closures reported in the past week.

  • Conversion rates need improvement; only 9 out of 37 qualified leads converted.

  • Many cases are still marked as “to be determined” (TBD), and the team agreed to review these weekly to increase conversions.

  • There’s potential to take on more misdemeanor cases, which are less resource-heavy compared to felonies.

Intake & Staffing

  • Hiring a dedicated intake person at $15 - $ 18 per hour.

  • Improved intake processes are expected to help increase conversions and reduce strain on the attorneys.

Marketing & Visibility

  • The team plans to create a newsletter and blog post about DUI law changes to educate clients and generate leads.

  • Mailers and community marketing (e.g., county fairs, bar events) are being explored to expand visibility.

  • Social media and newsletters should highlight wins and proud moments to build credibility and attract referrals.

Referral Sources & Networking

  • There’s a strong need for a systematic approach to track, follow up with, and thank referral sources.

  • Professional networking is a priority — opportunities include the downtown Rotary club, a young professionals group, and bar committees.

  • Building stronger relationships with bondsmen and other referral sources was emphasized as a growth strategy.

Strategic Planning

  • The team recognized the importance of consistent marketing efforts and professional visibility.

  • Improvements to file management systems in Clio and workflow pipelines were discussed to better prepare for court and streamline processes.

  • Long-term growth may include hiring a young associate to support the increasing caseload.

Project Updates:

  • Intake: Hiring - running advertisement
