• Yolande: Get Jennifer's billable hour rates for each team member and enter them into the scorecard for Lexlee.
• Yolande: Fill in the billing scorecard with Q4 2025 data (by team member: billed hours, tracked hours, collected amount, billable rate, and totals).
• Yolande: Begin updating and maintaining the live billing scorecard for Q1 2026 and ongoing, including all required fields.
• DONE- Yolande: Send Lexlee the simpler version of the marketing metrics report that Lucas is responsible for updating.
• Yolande: Complete and send Jennifer and Lexlee the 2025 marketing source figures (including breakdowns by referral source and AI/provisor status) when ready.
