For You/Your Team:

  • Tam: Send Lexlee a list of any additional needs or inefficiencies (e.g., printer, Zoom account, stamps.com access) for review and resolution
  • Tam: Complete the Predictive Index (PI) assessment sent by Lexlee

Mind Over Law Team:

  • Send Tam the Predictive Index (PI) assessment link and share the results/analysis for both Tam and Dawn after Tam completes it
  • Conduct individual coaching sessions with Dawn to address work style, structure, and deadline management
  • Look into providing Tam with a firm-paid Zoom account (or ensure Dawn knows how to host longer meetings).
  • Review and address the stamps.com login/code issue to enable Tam (and possibly others) to have their own login for postage.
  • Develop and implement paralegal training focused on role clarity, responsibilities, and efficiency for current and new paralegals.
  • Schedule a follow-up check-in meeting with Tam in about one month.
