What’s happening next + how to prepare for it

For You/Your Team:

  • Stacey to send the Indeed login information to Lexlee (and coordinate with Kimberly if access is needed)
  • Julie to complete week 3 homework for personal session, including the loss graph, before the next meeting
  • Stacey to schedule another half-hour training session for Julie to train Emily on consults and quoting probate.
  • Nicole to create a training with examples of tracked errors for the team to identify, once sufficient errors have been collected.
  • Stacey: Meet with Bruce to evaluate the capacity of the team for numbers and report back to Lexlee.
  • Stacey: Send the current budget (with capacity and revenue calculations) to Lexlee.
  • Stacey: Work with Bruce to build two capacity models (hourly and flat fee) and set different goals for each, and continue weekly meetings for strategy.
  • Stacey, Julie, and Nicole: Track time spent running estate plan cases (target 5-10 cases) to establish accurate SKUs for estate planning, using Stacey's baseline as a test model in January.
  • Stacey: Ask Emily if she is updating consult dates when appointments are rescheduled and ensure this is reflected in the tracking form.

Mind Over Law Team:

  • DONE- Edit the scorecard to include all agreed-upon metrics (billing, tracked, collected, invoiced, leads, cases opened, conversion rate, efficiencies, etc.).
  • DONE- Send the updated scorecard to Jennifer for review and feedback.
  • Send the finalised scorecard to Yolande and instruct her to fill in the data for the last quarter.
  • DONE- Pull out tasks from Jennifer's and Yolandi's timesheets to create an initial list of responsibilities for the new COO/operations role; send to Jennifer.
  • Record a video of the core values exercise and send it to Jennifer.
  • Lexlee and Jennifer: Meet in January to review the responsibilities list and discuss onboarding/project management for the new hire.
  • Send expanded performance review categories to Jennifer
