  • Sydney to stop putting people on hold; instead, tell them you'll call them back if you don't know the answer
  • Sydney to research and provide an answer to "why someone should hire this firm" - can consult Casey, Cheyenne, or the website
  • Sydney to research and provide an answer to "why now" from a sales perspective
  • Sydney to practice using the new scripts for handling price inquiries
