For You/Your Team:

  • Rachel to investigate and create a custom report in Filevine that pulls tasks for both Stella and Rachel, to improve task tracking and reduce reliance on the current table system.
  • Rachel to provide Stella with more explicit positive feedback on work well done, and be open to Stella's requests for additional feedback when needed.
  • Stella to remind Rachel to look into what type of reports can be run in Filevine to replace the current table system for tracking tasks, and follow up with her on this.
  • Stella to review the personal injury pipeline document shared by Lexlee and come back to Rachel with any questions.
  • Stella to make a list of processes/steps needed for different tasks and, if patterns are observed in how/when to follow up with clients or tasks, document these and share with Rachel to codify best practices.
  • Stella, please check if there are gaps or missing steps in the SOPs. Download the SOP, track changes, and send it to Rachel for review and approval before updating.
  • Stella to ask Rachel for specific due dates when tasks are put on hold or delayed, and follow up accordingly to prevent repeated questioning.

Mind Over Law Team:

  • Check if the Scott and Scott personal injury pipeline is included in the onboarding manual; if not, add it.
  • Draft KPIs for Stella and share with Rachel in January, including how to conduct quarterly performance reviews.
  • Update the 60-day team member review document to correct "90 days" to "60 days" in question # 7.
  • Send Nicoleen a multi-page time tracking sheet and require her to account for all work time weekly, with a description of tasks worked on, and send it to Rachel and Lexlee
