  • Marketing & Hiring: Lexlee is seeking a bilingual marketing hire and will manage or monitor the team member.
  • Team Training & Workflows: Workflows for intake, onboarding, and immigration cases are being developed; team training is being planned for intake.
  • Improving Systems: Communication via Teams needs fixing; task and lead tracking are being streamlined in the pipeline. 
  • Better Business Intake: Intake forms require more detailed customization for business clients.

  • Intake Workflow - Lexlee collaborated with Ceci and Luis to develop intake workflows.
  • Project Marketing Review - Review with Silivina on September 3rd, Megan’s steps, and hire contractors
