  • Silvina: Send Lexlee the written goals that team members provided in November
  • DONE- Silvina: Send Lexlee the recording of last week's team meeting
  • Silvina: Require all team members (including intake, billing, and legal) to track all work time in MyCase, starting immediately
  • Ceci: Run weekly time tracking reports and send them to Lexlee on Friday the 23rd for January 14th to January 22nd (and ongoing weekly)
  • Silvina: Provide (Lexlee) with the case type breakdown and the number of each type of case for 2025
  • Silvina: Inform the team about the new time tracking requirement at the next team meeting

Mind Over Law Team:

  • Discuss with Ms Tondini when the in-person workshop will be
  • Ask Matteo if he has experience with Google Ads and if he feels comfortable managing them, then update Silvina
  • Send Silvina a sample performance review form with suggested goals, especially tailored for Rory
  • Review weekly time tracking reports and follow up with team members who are not tracking 40 hours, including scheduling meetings as needed
  • Schedule a marketing meeting with the marketing team to discuss targeting E, O, and T visa cases with Silvina
  • Send Silvina a formalized set of company values
  • DONE- Schedule next check-in meeting for Monday, the 26th at 9:30 am, Silvina's time
