  • Review each disputed LSA call to determine if there is a recording where Luis said they couldn't handle it, or if it was a callback with no recording
  • Instruct Luis to be very clear when answering recorded calls that they do not handle certain cases and why, without referring to another lawyer on the recorded call.
  • Think about revenue goals and what the firm should look like in 10 years for retirement planning.

Mind Over Law Team:

  • DONE-Send an email directly to Tania asking for three references with telephone numbers and email addresses
  • DONE- Send an email to Silvina outlining what information is needed for each LSA call they want to dispute
  • Please email Matteo to ask him to review where the Spanish translations are and report on progress, since the Spanish content is not visible on the website.
  • Edit and refine the core values using inspiring phrases, then send them to Silvina for review.
  • DONE- Schedule a meeting for December 3rd at 8 AM while Silvina is in Argentina
